Logan's Vehicle Detailing TERMS and AGREEMENTS

Welcome to Logan’s Vehicle Detailing. By booking an appointment, engaging our services, or permitting our team members on your property or storage site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Notice Period: Logan’s Vehicle Detailing offers free rescheduling if notified at least 72 hours before your appointment.

  • Late Changes: Rescheduling requests made after this window are subject to a 5% rescheduling fee based on the total service cost.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made after a deposit has been placed will result in forfeiture of the deposit, which constitutes 30% of the total service cost.

  • Weather: In cases of inclement weather (high winds, heavy rain, or extreme heat), your appointment may be rescheduled to the next available date at your convenience.

  • Safety & Pets: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if working conditions are deemed hazardous. Pets must be secured to prevent interference.

2. Service Site & Customer Presence

  • Site Prep: The customer is responsible for ensuring there is adequate clearance (minimum 4 feet) around the vehicle and sufficient overhead clearance for roof access.

  • Customer Presence: While we welcome input, we kindly request that customers refrain from being present during the detailing process to allow our team to work efficiently.

  • Inspections: Vehicle inspections should be performed after the service is complete to ensure all work has been properly evaluated.

3. Roof and Sealant Disclaimer

  • Integrity: We will inspect the roof prior to service. Logan’s Vehicle Detailing is not responsible for leaks resulting from pre-existing degraded seals, cracked lap sealant, or damaged membranes.

  • Safety: We reserve the right to refuse roof services if the roof is deemed structurally unsound or excessively slippery due to heavy mold/algae until a safety assessment is made.

4. Military Duty and Service Interruptions

  • In the event one of our technicians is called to military duty, services may be postponed and will resume as soon as possible thereafter.

  • Pricing for any interrupted services will remain unchanged until the work is completed.

5. Service Provider Safety

  • Our team members are entitled to a safe and respectful work environment.

  • Any form of harassment, aggression, or abuse toward our staff will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

6. Damaged Property & Liability

  • Pre-existing Damage: Logan’s Vehicle Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damages, delamination, or issues unrelated to the services performed.

  • Graphics & Decals: We are not responsible for the peeling or fading of aged or brittle vinyl graphics/decals during the cleaning or buffing process.

7. Payment and Pricing

  • Payment: Payment is required prior to service commencement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Condition Adjustments: Service prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition and size. Additional fees may apply for excessive oxidation, dirt buildup, pet hair, or stains.

8. Security and Surveillance

  • For safety purposes, some team members may utilize video or audio recording equipment during services.

  • Certain personnel may also carry concealed firearms for personal protection, with the customer’s prior knowledge and consent.

9. Fees and Additional Charges

  • Mobile Fee: Our mobile services include a $50 base service fee plus $3 per mile from our location.

  • Personal Items: A removal fee may apply for personal belongings left in the vehicle that must be cleared before service.

  • Biohazards: Vehicles containing biohazard materials (e.g., mold, blood, bodily fluids, or rodent droppings) are subject to additional fees starting at $300.

10. Customer Privacy

  • All customer information is used strictly for internal purposes. We do not sell, share, or distribute customer information to any third party.

11. Our Service Promise
